What is Integral Movement?
Formerly known as Soul Fitness Mind Body Studios, our approach to movement creates a unique experience in every class and is based on the natural progression of movement in real time. It is not a cookie cutter pre-planned class that does not take into consideration the nature of an individual’s movement in any movement modality, including yoga so,
you get what YOU need!
With mindful intention to what we need, each experience has purpose to support the wholeness in movement of the mind and body. We are self-adapting to movement in real time.
Create yourself!
Movement doesn’t end in the class or session and will support every day activities, address discomfort or pain and give a renewed sense of energy. What you learn should be useful in all that you do; experience the difference from integration for longevity and resiliency.
Change your life!

Harry Aime
Harry has been practicing yoga since 1999 and received his 200 Hour Teacher Training certificate in 2009 and completed his 500 Hour Teacher Training at Soul Fitness in 2018. He has enjoyed and learned a lot in a variety of workshops from wide variety of teachers with his current focus on the evolving world of Biotensegrity, learning from the pioneers in this field.
Harry enjoys teaching a variety of classes and has learned that we all bring something uniquely our own to the practice so teaching to the wholeness of each person in movement allows everyone to find what works best on any given day. He truly enjoys introducing yoga to beginners and watching them grow in their practice and is grateful to be able to share his passion and knowledge with all of his students. He also enjoys the exploration of the philosophical aspects of yoga and how to integrate them into our daily lives. He also loves to sprinkle bits of philosophy in his classes.
